    do respon to your potential customer as soon possible, don;t let them wait for too long, and pls makesure that all the item delivered to them on time, if they didnt get the item pls be more respinsible to help, pls improve your service and dont let customer feel upset..thanks n wassalam..

    Abayasuraya has never failed me. The service has always been excellent. Suraya wouldn't hesitate to satisfy any enquiries or doubts. I'm sure that there was a slight miss communication between abayasuaya and Miss Anonymous above. Stuff like that happens sometimes. All the best abayasuraya. :)

    Thanks so much for the positive remarks Nadiah! =) Yes we agree that there are times where even we get wrong addresses from customers where we get the parcels returned to us making us have to post them again using our own cost sometimes but we don't mind. nevermind good or bad response thanks so much but no need to use unidentified identity =)
